At Vaiga Jewels, each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vaigajewels@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item received.
Our team will review your request and arrange for a replacement if it qualifies.

Please Note:

  • No refunds or returns are offered for change of mind or dislike of the product after purchase.
  • Products must be unworn and in their original packaging for any damage claim to be considered.
