  • Share a clear unboxing video (from opening the package)

  • Include close-up photos showing the issue

  • Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Q: What if I forget to record an unboxing video?
A: Unfortunately, without an unboxing video, we’re unable to verify claims of damage or defects. This step helps us protect both our customers and our brand.

Q: Can I exchange for a different product or design?
A: No, exchanges are only allowed for the same item originally ordered, and only in the case of damage, defect, or dispatch error.
